Air India — refund issues | |
Dear Sir/Madam, I am Srinivas, I have booked tickets on 31st January 2019 and travel date was 1st Feb 2019 from Dehradun to Pantnagar. PNR N0: DED[protected] FEB / IN / PID 6979) Due to some technical issues in flight cancelled by Air India and they promised us to refund the money with in 7 working days. Complaint is about in NTB passage section sunita anant pujare has no manners to talk with anyone very rude in behaviour please do take strict action about it or else i will take this complaint to higher level. Very rude in behaviour she is dosent treat any of retired staff well do look after this complain which i have longed
