17 July 2022 - Cancelled 07/17 via phone received email tickets[protected] &[protected] are cancelled.

22 July 2022 - Completed web feedback form WB-IDEL[protected] and acknowledgement received.

14 Aug - Follow up on Twitter. Direct Message sent per Air India request.

26 Aug - Let Air India know on Twitter that there was no email communication received. They had promised to get back via email.

Status as of 29 Aug - The refund is nor received despite complying will all Air India requests and all follow ups from our side.

PS: in every single call, it gets disconnected after a few minutes and agents seem in rush to end calls. Regards,
