It's been 9 months since my flights got cancelled but I haven't heard anything from Air India yet.
It's really disappointing the service Air India is providing.
I booked my first Air India flight through the Air India website online.
Booking Reference: Z0R22.
Ticket:[protected]
In this booking, I travelled one way from London to India. The Return flight got cancelled so I paid extra at Air India (Vadodara, Gujarat, India) Branch. The booking reference is also the same Z0R22.

So,
I'm waiting for my refund. It needs to be refunded from the actual need to be refunded one way from Eticket:[protected] and the amount which I paid when I upgraded ETicket:[protected].
I hope someone will understand what I'm trying to say here and come back to me with a positive response as soon as possible.
I complained in the Air India Vadodara's office for the past 5 months. they are not giving me a proper answer. always they have new excuses every time. I am very disappointed with this service. I can understand that it is pandemic in the world but the but you also have to understand that for middle-class people ₹83, 000 is not a small amount. my amount was stuck from April 2021. I hope you can understand my problem and give me a refund as soon as possible.
