Incompetent employees
I don’t how Air India can recruit such people
My ticket price was deducted twice from my account
I booked my ticket from Air India directly
After so many days I got reply we can’t able to retrieve your ticket from booking number provide ticket number
After sending ticket number they said you booked from agency though I booked directly from air India official website
I have receipt deducted from their website directly
How can they recruit such people who just get paid to torture people providing me false information. I will write a complaint against that lady too.
I will take legal action against them so that they will not harass someone else like me.
I have to beg for my own money writing emails calling them …all due to the glitch in their website so unfair.
