Air India — refund not received | |
Air india not giving refunds after 30 working days I had booked 2 flight tickets for my family in air india, date of travel are given below 1. Delhi – kullu on 12th january 2020 – eticket no[protected] to[protected] 2. Kullu – delhi on 15th january 2020 – eticket no[protected] to[protected] Flight from delhi to kullu was cancelled by air india due to bad weather and both tickets above were cancelled by air india office at t3, new delhi airport. I have made numerous calls to air india ecommerce and send mails attaching tickets and cancellation details, but till now air india has not refunded my ticket price. I am attaching both tickets and screen shots from air india office at t3, new delhi airport where cancellation was done. Please expedite the process Was this information helpful? | |
