Air India — Refund not Received

This incident happened between 10th -15th May, have booked a ticket via AIR INDIA portal to travel to my institute IIM for convocation, unfortuantely due to cyclone the "to" journey was cancelled by AIR INDIA as per govt orders, I have cancelled "from" ticket as well, earlier have booked and cancelled other ticket as well prior to 3-4 days, have called the customer care and informed the same they have said you will be getting the refund in 5-6 working days, tried reaching them but still have not received any response from them.
