I had booked ticket with AIR India. Travelling route was Toronto-Mumbai which was cancelled due to COVID. As cancelation is from AIR INDIA side, I am eligible full refund of $961.13 CAD.
After so many email & Call follow ups its been 9 month & yet the money is not yet reimbursed.
I have received too many case ids from Air India but no action.
It has affected my credit score & I also had to bear interest losses as the was paid by credit card. Even after repeated follow ups there has been no response or rude & vague response. Was this information helpful? |
