[Resolved]  Air India — Refund not received for full fare ticket

Fully refundable ticket was cancelled on Aug 27 2020. Booking ref YTVSK. PASSENGER AND TICKET DETAILS BELOW:
MRS KAKOLI GHOSH AI[protected].BASE[protected]
MR SOUMYA GHOSH AI[protected].BASE[protected]
was informed by call centre it would be refunded within 14 to 21 days. I cancelled ticket within hours of booking as my international flight was cancelled. It now 44 days and no refund. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com. Ticket attached
