Air India — Refund Not Yet Received | |
I have booked a flight using Air India website. On 1st June received an update from Air India have changed our flight given us a connecting Flight Lucknow - Delhi - Bangalore with a layover of 8 hours in Delhi. They have given us two options either we can cancel the tickets or choose any other date when a direct flight is available. As per the customer care executive, we will receive the full amount refund within 21 working days.
