I have to cancel the second leg of Journey from Delhi to Washington DC
due to Pandemic situation.

The ticket cancellation was processed through customer care.
Please process the refund using the same payment method used for ticketing.
We have written number of mails to :[protected]@airindia.in but no refund received.
I have not received any refund till date.
