Air India — Refund of amount of cancelled air ticket from Delhi to Washington

I have to cancel the second leg of Journey from Delhi to Washington DC
due to Pandemic situation.

Below are the ticket details for refund -

The ticket cancellation was processed through customer care.

Please process the refund using the same payment method used for ticketing.

We have written number of mails to :[protected]@airindia.in but no refund received.
I have not received any refund till date.

Please help me to get the refund at the earliest.
