I am, Mr. Swapan Kumar Ghosh booked a Return Air Ticket in the Name of SAYANI GHOSH by my SBI Card NO.[protected] dated 30/10/2015, but the ticket
was not issued. My SBI Card Account is showing the debit entry of Rs.3722.00 and amount has been paid to Go Airlines India Ltd. On enquiry I do find any PNR
No. for this transaction made dated 30/10/2015. So, I request you to lookinto the matter and arrange to refund the said amount by credit to my Card Account under
