Air India — Refund of cancelled Air ticket | |||
I had booked a flight on LTC Economy class through Air India mobile app withh PNR HVR1T and eticket no. no.[protected] from Bangalore to Guwahati scheduled to depart on 13th dec 2020. However it is seen that the Flight from Delhi to Guwahati was generated on Business class while Bangalore to Delhi is on Economy class even though the option Selected was Economy class. Due to the above reason the ticket was cancelled on the midnight of 12th and the executive concerned confirmed that the ticket being LTC, the same will be fully refunded. Inspite of repeated calls and mails to [protected]@airindia.in even after a month the refund was not even initiated. Further the period for refund changes with each executive attending the call, it varies from 15 working days to 41 working days. Nobody has provided the link or where I can see the exact refund policy. I am putting it here with a hope that an early resolution as he amount of Rs. 43077 receivable is high for me which I paid through credit card. Was this information helpful? | |||
