Air India — Refund of the cancelation

Air Idia canceled the flight on April 07, 2020 due to Covid. As per guides of honorable Indian government they have to provide refund for the ticket my E ticket is id[protected]. Passenger name is Ratanlal Rathi & Pushpa Rathi. I have requested for cancelation from Aug 2021 but no results.
