I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airline Tickets and Fares
The issue that I have experienced was: I (Venugopal Panuganti) booked 4 air tickets in January 2020 to fly in June-July 2020 to India. However, due to COVID-19, Air India (AI) cancelled all the tickets as asked us to reschedule the travel. So, I rescheduled the travel to June 11, 2021. But due to the 2nd wave of COVID-19, the flights got cancelled the 2nd time and therefore I also cancelled my tickets in May 2021 with the help of Air India's Customer Care department by phone call. At that time they mentioned that there will be a full refund of the ticketed amount back to my original payment method which is Citibank's Credit Card. Since May 2021, I called up the AI's customer care dept. for refund multiple times to expedite my refund process. I haven't received my refund so far. However, since September onwards, the customer care of AI informs me that the refund has been initiated on 8th Sept., 2021 but the money did not come to my credit card nor I have received any cheque. I requested multiple times to provide the proof of refund which they haven't provided to me so far. Below are the details of the etickets that I booked for my family:

I request Air India to refund the amount by directly issuing me a check for the full amount and mail it to my address below or provide me the proof for their claim of payment.
