We had booked Air India flight from Mumbai to Kolkata on 29th November. Air India cancelled the fight and we have opted for Refund. Its been 100+ days but the refund is still not processed. We have followed up with Air India customer care almost more than 20 times but every time we are getting same response In next 7-10 working days they will process the payment but nothing is happening. We are tired of calling Air India because there is no one who is ready to resolve this issue and best part is their customer support email. every time when we drop an email we get response after 12-14 days stating for refund contact our customer care.
