Air India — Refund process, reminder calls | |
1.cancellation terms not suitable.. 2.if passengers are not reached in time, a confirmation call can be made by the company. 3.if the passenger don't board the flight atleast 50% refund should be made. 4.Date Of Incident[protected] 5.Request of refund. At the counter the person easily said no refund. Customer care office replied no refund. there should be some favour to clients. Was this information helpful? | |
