Hi,
I would like to seek help to file proper complaint against Air India. I booked thru kiwi.com flight Doha Qatar to Philippines. Travel agency give me transit connecting flight, Unfortunately one of the flight has been cancelled and there's no way for me to continue the travel so i have no choice but to agree the entire travel plan, which include the Doha to Delhi flight via AIR INDIA. I have been notify that my travel agency requested to cancel this flight Sept 28, 2021 by the way the date of the flight supposedly October 13, 2021.
I received my refund from Thai Airways and GoAir/Gofirst which is part also of the Flight. And I was suprised that AIR INDIA REJECTED THE REFUND REQUEST initiated by my Travel agency. And They can't even provide me reason for the refund that has been rejected.
Ive been trying to contact all social media account of AIR INDIA, Been sending multiple emails tried to contact their customer service but no one is helping me.
I need my money back. It is not my fault that this flight got cancelled. Help me with this please.
