Air India — reg:- lost baggage | |||
Hi Team, On 27 May 2019 the passenger was traveling through Air India from Mumbai to Chennai for the business purpose in Mumbai, Baggage tag No. (AI463908) has apparently been completely miss-placed and possibly off loaded. The ground staff at the lost luggage counter. We have been following up and filing complaints in all the possible ways we even reached customer care, the customer executive redirected us to go to Chennai or Mumbai to file the complaint which was ridiculos passenger is put up in Puducherry. Only one Person from Air India replied to my mail his name is Mr. Imran he gave me link to drop the feedback I did that but no response, How can Air India be so careless towards the passenger?
