Myself Mrs Nasim Memon. I was supposed to travel Mumbai to Raipur today by AI0651 and my Booking ID was EMT99860666.I reached airport today at 8.15 am, 30 minutes before closing of checkin counter but due to long long queues I couldn’t manage to reach the counter in time as other passengers didn’t allow me to move ahead before them. When I reached the checkin counter in my turn, the attendant told that its closed. I nomore could fly then. There were other passengers also who couldn’t reach the counter in time due to long queues.We all begged n requested the duty manager n other staffs there but nothing happened.Then we saw at H tower there that a senior madam allowed a passenger and her son to board by giving them boarding pass.We went to her n ask for ours also, she told noone has stopped us boarding if we have boarding pass.since my web check in was done earlier, I had the boarding pass.but that woman officer at tower H told me this at 9.30am. I rushed towards 40 B carrying my checkin luggage n handbag. Somehow I managed to reach 40B without any help all alone but there door was closed n no staff was there. I returned back disheartedly.If a passenger and her son, who was with us got the boarding pass in time and was allowed to board then why not me.All the CCTV footages of checkin counter, tower H and 40B can be seen for video proof. I want compensation for my loss. I reached airport before time but due to long queues I couldn’t reach the checkin counter in time.Also the staff n officers there were non cooperative there, they allowed two passengers who were in the same situation as me, but not me.Kindly go through the cctv footage n compensate my loss please. I want refund of my ticket, it was of 7000rs
