I had a round-trip booking for two, namely, for Mr. C and Mr. A, from Mumbai to Mauritius for the 2nd May 2020 with a return date of 8th May 2020.
The date of issue of the ticket was 16th March 2020 on Air-India and the RLOC quoted on the ticket for Mr. C is AI Y5ETW/MK M9DTJU. The e-ticket number is[protected].
The ticket for Mr. A was also issued on 16th March 2020 on Air-India and has an RLOC of AI Y5ETW/MK M9DTJU. The e-ticket number is[protected].
In view of the corona virus scenario and the uncertainty of travel with no new notification regarding extension for rescheduling ticket, I on 27th December 2021 applied for refund and the Reference no. is WB-IBOM[protected].
I communicated with AIR INDIA officer via phone ([protected]) and he said that refund of one ticket (e-ticket number is[protected] has been done on 9th January 2022 and the other one (e-ticket number is[protected] on 11th January 2022. But I have received refund of one ticket only on 15th January 2022.
