Air India — regarding refund processing for ticket cancellation

I had got my ticket numbers (098-[protected], 098-[protected]) cancelled by calling air india helpline on dec 14, 2019 due to flight schedule change where the delay was more than 1 hr from schedule departure on part of air india and i had sent the e tickets to ecommerce email id on the same day for processing refund. But even after calling multiple times to air india support desk for refund processing still after 29 days my refund amount has not been credited to my bank account. Please let me know why even after multiple follow up and being told that the amount would get credited to account within 21 days i am not getting any positive response from ecommerce team and also by when the amount will be credited to my account.
