Air India — Reimbursement not being paid

I received an email about a reimbursement on 18th April which I am attaching below. Although I have sent my account details I am still waiting for the money to be paid in to my account. The original email was:
Dear Mr. Mohanty,

Greetings from Air India!

We acknowledged the receipt of your e-mail.

We would like to inform you that, as per the update received from the concern team, It has been decided to reimburse the cost of Vistara Flight Ticket of Rs.7570 and Rs. 10, 000 towards compensation.

Further please be informed that please forward Indian bank account number and blank cheque scanned copy bearing your name for electronic transfer of fund to this account.

Thanking you and assuring you of our best cooperation at all times.
