Sir,
Due to certain problem on online booking, your airindia booking site had issued two tickets for me, with identical input information provided having pnr nos. Hcqe5 and zoer7 for 3rd nov. 2017. I wonder how your site can issue two tickets for same individual for the same journey. I immediately cancelled ticket bearing pnr no. Hcqe5, wherein instead of refunding full amount i was given a refund of one fifth the amount. I have already registered a complaint with e_commerce deptt. As it was not my fault, you are requested to refund full amount and credit it to my account.
An early action would be appreciated.
