Air India — REQUEST A Refund of cancelled LTC TICKETS

Dear Ecommerce,
This is to bring to your notice that I Have not received the refunds with respect to my LTC tickets cancellation till now, i was promised complete fare amount refund, already more than 16 weeks time has passed.I contacted customer care of Air India a 2 months back and I was assured that the refund has been processed & should reflect in my account. However, till now I have not received the refund money even for a single ticket.
I have made 4 transactions from my credit cards and I have not received the refund yet for any of the transaction.my bank team has clearly told that till now single money is not received from air India,
i can provide the statements for my credit cards, there is not a single penny received till date.
kindly provide the bank transaction details done by air India to my cards.
Reason for cancellation of all LTC tickets- Due to exigency of official work

As per the conversation with the AirIndia Customer Care Service, I have been informed that complete refund will be issued on my cancelled tickets without any deduction.

Request you to initiate the complete refund on these tickets without any deduction (as these are LTC tickets) at the earliest and revert.

I regret to say that such a long delay is not acceptable and I am disappointed by the poor handling of this issue.
I will have to raise this Grievance with PMO Office.
Request you to verify the status of refund money with interest. I am mentioning the details of the cancelled tickets again in this email which as as follows:

We apologise for the delay and regret that you have not received the due refund of your ticket.
The refund has already been processed against the subject transaction ON 27NOVEMBER20, the amount of which is normally credited, to the account from which the payment was made, 3-5 WEEKS(working days)as per standard Air India refund and Banking Process time requirements.
Since you have not received the refund as yet, we request you to kindly check with your bank regarding the same.

Today is 5th feb 2021, till now I Have not received single penny of refund amount.
