Air India — Request for refund of deducted money though ticket booking was unsuccessful

This is to inform that i had tried to book a flight ticket with following details from air india website:

Name of passenger - Dr. Sanju Singh
Date of travel- 16.12.2022
Passenger email id- [protected]@gmail.com
Passenger mobile no.- [protected]
From - New delhi
To - Guwhati
Payment of Rs 5440 was successfully made and deducted though BHIM UPI (Id no - [protected]@upi). BHIM upi transaction detail and my bank transaction detail (HDFC bank) are attached below.
Despite of payment deduction, ticket was not done and no detail came. Still money has not been refunded back.
Request you to refund the total amount into the same account from where payment was made.
