Air India — Rude behaviour of ground staff

Sub; complaint regarding rude behavior of ground staff of flight AI 537 (Delhi to Chennai) dt. 05/03/2022
Ref:- Km. Kokila Gulati, student VIT Vellore ECE Department Vellore (Tamil Nadu)
Dear sir,
I booked 3 tickets of self (Km Kokila Gulati) my mother (Smt. Devyani Gulati) and my father (Sh Prem Swaroop Deepak, Advocate Income Tax and GST). The flight was scheduled for 05/03/2022 at 04:16 PM and we reached at air at 3:05 PM. as soon as we reach at the air port and contacted MR Rao officer on charge, he abruptly behaved us and shouted that web check in is closed and contact to counter no 1 as the flight is closed. As per instruction given by MR Rao we reached at counter no 1 of your group ( Air India limited, Tata Group) we found that every person was busy with the mobile and they were not listening to the passenger. That was a lady in-charge was remained busy on mobile for 10 min. after that she started shouted on me and my father and mother saying ( what can I do as it is not a matter related to me).
It is further stated that my father who is advocate requested MR Rao that 6th march is the reporting date of my college VIT Vellore but he has not listen the requested of my father.
That I have to travel with indigo airline after paying huge amount to the indigo airline and also have to bear travelling expenses of taxi and I and my family were mentally disturbed and after laps of 20 days they very hardly recovered there memories for the rude behavior of Air India Ltd. Tata Group.
Kindly give the following information on record to enable me to file suit against the company at Roorkee court and all the expenses liable to be incurred shall be recovered from you.
1. Full name of MR Rao may be given to me who was on duty on[protected] for flight no AI 537
2. That name of the lady in charge of the counter no 1 on[protected]
3. That who has travelled in our place at seat 27D-27E and 27F on[protected] at flight no AI 537.
4. That if some one has travelled on seat no 27D, 27E and 27F on[protected], kindly give the name and address of the persons.
5. That for what amount the tickets have been sold.
You are requested to kindly give the above information within 15 days on the receipt of the notice other wise it will be presumed that Air india limited, Tata Group is involved in the incidence. To avoid litigation your are requested to cooperate us and set an enquiry against the persons for this incidence.
