Air India — Rude treatment with a frequent flyer

I am a frequent flier having id as[protected] and was to travel by AI658 from Mumbai to Delhi today but reached at 1620 hrs at the counter due to traffic problem. The counter Manager Bharti mam was requested to allow boarding but she dint listen and behaved rudely and sent me to reservation counter where I requested to allow me to travel by next flight AI144 on the same ticket but he issued a fresh ticket and no body gave ears. This was an official journey and fare, if not refunded, would have to be borne by me personally. So, it is requested to refund full amount of my ticket with PNR JMGHJ as a special case as I am travelling from next flight and had no intention for cancellation.
