Air India — Seats and service | |||||
Me my husband my 2 sons 2and half and 6 week old had our seats selected when we got on the plane in uk we was seperated and then the cabin crew helped us re locate on the flight to india i had called for hours flight attendence for a drink of water and milk for a bottle and know one came the whole time only when they was giving everyone food and snacks. We was in inida for 25 days half way through we booked our seats near the window all comfirmed and once again they was mixed up so we sat in four seats in the middle then a couple about 40 odd wanted there seats and we was explaininn to them if they could sit in the seat in front o[censored]s next to eachother and the flight attendent was rude and told me that my husband and baby had to sit at front i have to sit near wondow and my 2 and half year old has to sit in the middle by his self baring in mind the couple was more than pleased to sit in front on the end instead of right in middle of kids but the flight attendent got so rude to me i was not pleased so i refused to move and the coupoe told him its ok in punjabi witch i understand even though im english and my husbands indian and then i was asking the same guy for a drink and it was like he was ignoring me i thought first time was misunderstanding and next time it would be ok but clearly not i feel like i was targeted due to being only english on plane and i never had such bad service i and my family refuse to use air india again staff needs to be more polite and understanding and not so rude Was this information helpful? | |||||
