Flight no ai 671, pnr ai - h3kqb. My inlaws and my children (1yr and 8yr) were not allowed to board the flight 28th apr 18 morn even after reaching at 6:45am at airport. The flight timings was at 9:00am. We booked infant ticket by linking with my inlaws tickets at the reservation counter. While taking boarding pass, my inlaws showed both the ticket (Proof: staff has ticked), but he gave only 3 boarding pass of 1st ticket. Even after asking he said since no seat, no boarding pass. They cleared check-in process also. (Proof: stamp is present). Before entering the flight, they were asked to go back bcoz o[censored]navailability of boarding pass even after clearing check in. We contacted customer care, but couldn't get sufficient help. Duty managerv (Kohli) and staff (Sithesh) behaved so badly, i regret to say "very bad service" by air india. They were un educated, so i tried searching his no and contacted him. To me he was said that next day flight tickets will be given without any payment and the issue is sorted but he troubled my whole family along with my infant till 2:00pm at airport by sending here and there without proper guidance and asking to pay rs60000 (3+1 infant) for next day flight. Kindly help on urgent basis.
