Air India — service, no response for 3 days | |
To Air India, I have been contacting Air India customer services for the last 3 days, and spoke to almost 10 to 12 staff. I want my fight from Chennai to singapore on the 12 Nov to be changed to 13 Nov. Every time I get the same response that the rescheduling department will call me back, but dint receive any call. I been calling again and again, even looked for a manager in charge, they said there is no manager. I told them to transfer the call to the rescheduling department, but they said they cant I have attached my ticket along with this mail. I need an immediate action on this as my fight needs to be reschedule immediately. And this kind of service is totally unacceptable. Now the fare would have gone up, so is air india purposely delaying this, to make more money.?? My self basavaraj hunnur...From Karnataka ... mohit sharma took 1250 amount purposes of job in air India company..He given offer letter to me.
