Air India — Staff atrocities and misbehavior with Sr. Citizen lady
On 13th may 2019, i, mrs. Darshan garg, age 75 years, travelled by air india flight no 476 from jodhpur to delhi along with husband (Jaikishan garg) and daughter (Sunita agrawal). She can walk only a few steps with the help of a stick and requested a wheel chair). She was told by cabin crew to keep seating as she will be alighted last. Her husband and daughter were told to proceed to baggage collection area. She was taken to baggage compartment which was lowered and told to get down and walk to a room. She requested repeatedly to security staff to inform her husband and arrange a wheel chair. After long time wheel chair arrived.in the mean time her husband and daughter were running from pillar to post to find out her where-about. One lady at information desk went to air india office for help. They refused point blank to do anything. After half an hour of agony she came to baggage area. Was this information helpful?
