Air India — staff members not able to understand passenger need in spite seeing the passenger physical disability.
My parents boarded air india flight on 15 jan 2019 from imphal. Both my mom and dad were travelling to see the doctor at patna. My mom is a patient and had not fully recovered from bone surgery which was done last year and she was advised to travel on flight by doctor, they had all the prescriptions with them, however still the staffs members didn't provide them the support which was expected from such a reputed airline. My parents were struggling to travel onbarding with stairs. However wheel chair was not provided. If anything had happened to my mom who would have taken responsibility for that??? As she cant travel by train, that the reason we opted for flights by paying high money for that, but still the this services we got was not as expected. Staff members not taking care of seniors citizen especially when one of them is physically disable is so heart breaking. They should be sensible enough to understand the passengers need and want seeing their physically disability. Its such a shame seeing the unprofessional attitude of staff members In reputed airlines like air india. Would never like to travel nor will recommended it. Was this information helpful?
