We both physicians travelled from JFK to Delhi on January 15th.and the reclining seat was non functional throughout the extended journey. Cabinet crew manager was not helpful. Condition was poor rather grave
On return journey from Delhi to JFK on February 8th. our confirmed seats were changed without permission and the reclining seat was non function in spite of multiple efforts by the cabinet manager. Throughout 15 hours of journey was awful Next to us the seats were assigned to cres members who were sleeping with curtain on.
Why my seat seat was changed to non functional seat without consent.
My handicapped spouse and myself had terrible experience traveling AirIndia to whom we prefer traveling India. Nine of the portal including TV etc were working.
What a horrible experience? Our other colleagues have reported similar experiences.
It should be looked in this

My strong advice to everyone. please AVOID AIRINDIA in all means. Cheap way to cheap. Nobody will even take or register your complaint. They are well known for that. AIR INDIA, SHAME ON YOU. Flight stinks as well.
it is time for them to shut down AIRINDIA for good. They take people money and they treat you like scum bags. All they want is peoples money and they don't care about their passengers. fOR AIRINDIA, IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY.
