Air India — The Stewards are not in their grooming and eating Pan Masala
I was in an Air India flight AI-144 which flew from New Jersey, USA on 17th April 2017 to Mumbai, India. The staff which was serving the drinks asked me about the drinks and his mouth smelled of Rajnigandha, a pan masala and it grossed me out. Secondly, those people didn't smile or had any kind of expression (pretty serious people). I didn't feel like talking to them or asking them for anything because they didn't seem to be interested in what I was asking for. It was all just for formality. I feel that eating Pan Masala on duty is not fair and it can disgust people who are traveling. Moreover if you are greeting people with a serious look it can make people think that you are doing something wrong. Was this information helpful?
