We travelled from trivandrum to London via Delhi and landed on London Heathrow today 26th December .
It's a single check-in from trivandrum through to London .
We just reached home and turned to an absolute shocker to see the gold box on the check-in baggage is open and all the gold inside the box is lost .
This is utmost disappointment and ugly work from whoever/ wherever this has happened .
This being through check in luggage, airindia needs to take fullest responsibility here and wanted a resolution on this . Was this information helpful? |
