Air India — they showed fake departure time

I was provided information saying my flight has been delayed and will fly at 11:59 Pm, they deliberately told us wrong timing to reduce the on record timings of the carrier they showed flying timing of 4 hrs from Hyderabad to Delhi in the revised mail to avoid authorities they cheated with us and finally flight took off at 2 AM.

Date of Incident : 1 March 2019
I would like to request a refund in this case as I had to travel to Himachal post the flight as it was deliberately misinformed to me, I want a refund.
