Air India — Ticket cancelled but did not received refund yet | |||
Its been more than a month i have cancelled the air ticket booking, but i am not getting any reply from the support executives of air india. I have mailed them more than 10 times and they never replied. If i am calling them then they are asking the same story and not responding properly. Hi Jasmeet, I'd suggest you to contact them thru Twitter. They will definitely help you out. Even I got my 5 months old refund within 7 days after tweeting them. Best of luck
