Air India — ticket cancelled but not get refund after 90 days

I am booked ticket for me and my wife (Issue date-02.12.2018 and travelling date 11.01.2019) but due to some medical reason i cancelled my wife's ticket on 26.12.2018 cancelled pid is attached.
After tenure of 3 month of cancelled ticket still not get my refund.
Detail given below.

the district court of India or outside india by yourself.
