Air India — Ticket Cancelled within 24 hours - No confirmation email about cancellation and refund

Hi,
I booked tickets through Air India and cancelled the ticket within 24 hrs as per the policy. At that time I called and checked my credit card company and the payment was not processed at that time of cancellation.

Despite this, Air India went ahead even after knowing that the ticket is cancelled and debited my credit card. I also purchased another ticket with the same Air India for different date as I am traveling on family emergency and my credit card balance is maxed out. During this pandemic, we are going through many issues and only wish Air India to be more sensible and treat the passengers as their customers and provide better service.

My cancelled PNR is YQHTH and it is booked through Air India website.

I am expecting someone to please take care of this issue ASAP as I am badly in need of money at this juncture.
