after re-schedule and extra payment of Rs 8640+9 (Rs 8649), provided ticket is not validate and our passenger Mr. Rabin Kumar Singh not travel. Abu Dhabi Airport authority has decline to travel of this passenger because provided ticket is invalid. he as ticket is confirm but payment not updated and ticket is not issue.

NOTE : Customer has not travel in 1st booking dated 06.08.2022 due to Air Subidha form not fill online and nobody support on Abudhabi airport. thus i re-schedule of this ticket on 07.08.2022 & 08.08.2022 from Abudhabi to Mumbai & Mumbai to patna but re-schedule ticket not validate iand issue by air India airlines.
please investigae all matter and process for all refund .
