Air India — Ticket Refund

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you because I would like to make an official complaint. My name is Alex Caldeira and over the past Four/Five months, I have been trying to get my refund back Ticket refund back for my ticket bearing number[protected].
I wrote several email for which i get reply as below

As we have checked with your ticket details, your ticket status is reflecting refunded as your refund is initiated on 26-OCT-21.

And if you have not received the refund amount so far. We request to you to kindly fill the feedback form which is available on Air India website. Our concerned team team will make necessary investigation and come back back to you as soon as possible.
