I had booked an air ticket for me and my mum in March from Heathrow to Goa. Due to sudden itinerary changed by air India and covid situation and war between Ukraine and Russia, I called air India to cancel, spoke to some senior most person in the end who agreed to grant me a full refund for the tickets. It's 3 months since and I haven't received a single penny. I requested them via email several times and they kept reassuring of solving the issue and have done nothing since. I even filled a feedback form many weeks ago on the air India website but to no avail.
Please I'm only requesting to refund my hard earned money. Is it that difficult?
