Air India — Ticket refund not in my account

Dear Sir/Mam,
My name arvind Singh according to me i booked ticket at date 19.05.2021 to money 3614.00 rupees but suddnely conceled my ticket from your side but my payment become detuct in my account and your customer excutive call to me your ticket is cancelled and your payment return within one week but till date my money is not return in my account so plz look the matter. my Booking Ref : REF[protected].
