Air India — ticket refund - pnr jfb97

This is for flight AI – 9897 which was supposed to depart from Cochin to
Bangalore at 10.25 AM on 29th December 2019, however I was informed about it's cancellation by the airport authorities once I reached the airport. I was neither informed regarding this via email or phone call. Request you to kindly initiate the refund at the earliest.
