Dear Sirs, Kindly look into above pending refund on the ticket I was supposed to travel and cancelled by Air India for unforeseen situation of cyclone Tauktae. I was told that 3 working weeks shall take in transfering the refund into my account. However, I am still waiting to get my refund.
