Air India — tickets cancelled but refund still not received from air india

I booked an online ticket for rs69000 (For family of 3 o[censored]s) and then cancelled it due to the covid pandemic. I sent cancellation email to their specified email ([protected]@airindia.in) requesting they refund the amount. They finally sent me a response on 9 jun 2020 (After many calls and emails) saying that their offices are now open after the lockdown and they have huge backlog and my refund will be processed as per the rules.
It is almost a month now and i am still waiting. Its a pity that our national airline is so inefficient.
