Ticket was booked for AC bus but travelled in Non AC bus that too driver used aboused word and trethened me to cancel the ticket, and asked to get down from bus due to low bookings, Air India is One of the most dangerous and unsafe bus to travel...look into this and need justice and apologize from concern.
