Air India — Waiting for refund of cancelled tickets from last two years

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have been waiting for the refund for the last two years for the canceled tickets booked for my wife and my child's travel to India in 2020. I have tried calling and mailing them many times, I even Pinged them on Twitter, but there is no progress either way. One of those calls has provided a case id number (see below) for future reference.
Kindly act and reach them at the earliest to do the needful. Thank you so much.
