Air India — Wasting our precious time and telling that after 15 mins by airindia check in staff

Our flight number is Al839 from Delhi to Hyderabad on 18/10/2021 at departure time 9.25 pm with pnr number HGWT9 with E-ticket number[protected] we reached airport at 8.20pm and iam travelling with two senior citizens one was my father aged about 69 and my uncle aged about 65 we needed a wheelchair facility at the gate no 4 of Indira Gandhi international airport he said to me to move to check in counter he is bringiny father and uncle first je wasted 10 to 12 minutes there I had arrived at check in counter at 8.30pm and requested the lady officer to allow us check in I had webcheck on 18/10/21 at around 4.30 Pm and requested for check in luggage first she asked it's late u arrive late I requested them she ask me were are other two passengers I just called them they came without of wheelchair in hurry burry once they camed she denied check in and asked his senior to give permission he first told ok then they both denied after seeing my father and uncle and so I asked them pls give a solution he can give me so that we can travel he told that he can't help me in check in and also told that we can't fly on this aircraft I asked him 50 times even my parents asked them then the supervisioor came and he told me to go to information centre for further assistance

Then the gentleman told me that u have one option let we decide that who two out oof three passengers can go for travel we decided that my father and my uncle will proceed for the security check and they will baord the flight while we r deciding the lady who present at check in counter deleted the passengers name from passengers list who are traveling on that flight I asked them why u had deleted the passenger because they have a valid webcheck in with them before time he had wasted our precious time of more than 15 to 20 mins mean while I received a call from airlines boarding person's I told them that two passengers are coming to board the flight and I see off my uncle and father at security check they successfully clear the security check and proceeded for boarding and no one is their to help them to board the flight but to our utter badluck they some how reached gate no 28C but denied boarding and they came back to check in area with full of sweat and bad health luckily I was waiting for their confirmation if they boarded the flight or not and they called me on my mobile and confirm that the airline people denied to board and they told lie that they are heading towards boarding and send them out of boarding area and I received them they were really very tensed and having so much breathing problems they were in shock
I visited the air india helpdesk at gate no 1 that time their one gentle man by fareed Ahmed told me to visit check in counter I gone yo to their and contacted one Ranjan Kumar he heard my problems and told he can't help and told me to contact supervisor mr Sukhwinder Singh I contacted and told all the problems me and my father uncle faced due to staff of air India he told that the persons done a wrong thing with u they should assist and give u solution which they gave after wasting 20 mins and he again told that to register the complainant we have to visit the Air India counter at gate no 1 agaim I visited the counter at gate no 1 again mr fareed Ahmed had misbehaved with me telling that by purchasing the air lines tickets we had not purchase them I asked him to provide a complaint form after arguing for ten minutes some other person gave me the complainant form
But the form was so small that I unable to write all the mess o had faced due to the staff of airindia
Some how I wrote a complain in a book which they provided me with serial number 8137 and they given me acknowledge for the same
Then I purchased the tickets for the next available flight of Air Asia by paying 15000/- change and they even doens't allow ur to leave from airport saying it will take time they are busy so we were waited there only for almost 8 hours to board another flight

Me and my family members faced too much of problems at airport without any food nad sleep

I request the higher authorities to suspend the two culprits behind this mess
One lady and one gentleman who wasted our time wantedly bu not providing the solution which they know and kindly refund the entire account of our fare ie 15000/- which we spent on purchasing new booking

Hoping for a speedy and fruitful reply from our end
