Air India did not allow me to get in the flight even though I paid for it. I removed my infant from my seat but they said the class is now changed and I need to pay extra. When I already paid for it, why should I pay again, I only removed my infant. We do not know about class and all, how we know that class is gonna change if we will remove infant. Its a 100% mistake from airindia side and you are not accepting your technical issue. If its not resoving now, I am gonna do consumer complain for sure.
